According to the Tax Justice Network, Switzerland occupies the first position in the 2015 Financial Secrecy Index. This is the third time in a row Switzerland ranks first in the Secrecy Index. After signing its double taxation agreement with Argentina, Switzerland also ratified the convention at the end of October, 2015.
